Daily Elite Events provides registration and event administration services for international academic conferences.
Each conference has its own registration fees, registration deadlines, cancellation and refund conditions, as determined by the relevant Conference Committee.
Participants should carefully review the registration information and terms applicable to the specific conference before completing their registration and payment.
Registration fees, payment deadlines, cancellation conditions and refund arrangements are determined by the relevant Conference Committee and will be clearly communicated through the applicable conference website, registration page or registration system.
Daily Elite Events will administer registrations and process refunds in accordance with the applicable conference’s approved registration and refund policy.
All payments are processed in Australian Dollars only.
International participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary visa and travel documents, as well as arranging their own flights, accommodation and travel insurance, unless otherwise stated by the conference.
Visa refusal, flight cancellation, travel disruption or other personal circumstances do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund. Any refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable conference’s registration and refund policy.
If a conference is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed, registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
Any refund, transfer or other arrangement will be handled in accordance with the applicable conference policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Accommodation, conference dinners, tours, workshops and other optional services may have separate terms and cancellation or refund conditions. These conditions will be provided at the time of booking or purchase.
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
